Azul Baldwin Park

Azul Baldwin Park has been under construction since early this year and we can now see how it sits by Lake Baldwin, the prestigious Blue Jacket Park and so very close to Baldwin Park’s Town Center. It will be a four and five-story boutique garden apartment community located in the Baldwin Park Community of Orlando, Florida. Baldwin Park has a vibrant village center with class A office space, fine dining and entertainment. In addition, this award-winning community is home to 8,000 residents and more than 125 businesses, A+ rated schools and over 200 acres of parks and lakes, making Baldwin Park one of Orlando’s most desirable places to live, work or visit.

There are 10 floor plans ranging from 1 to 3 bedroom, inside and outside corner units available. The community will feature an integrated clubhouse with a boutique hotel feel that will include a fitness center, great room, a spa with private massage room and manicure/pedicure stations, and a pool with cabanas and intimate seating areas for social gatherings. All units will have 9’ ceilings, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryers, granite countertops and ceramic tile in the baths, and wood-like flooring in the kitchens and living areas.
