Place Alliance, a multi-discipline design firm, has designed a new 50,000-square-foot, two-story multitenant office building in its 300-acre Sports & Performance District, which so far has the $70 million USTA National Campus under construction and plans for a $20 million training facility for Orlando City Soccer Club. Punctuated with rhythmic fenestration, the building’s dramatic profile will energize the streetscape of this growing sports district along the south edge of Lake Nona.

One Response to Lake Nona Adds More Sports Office Space

  1. Carmelo Monti says:

Greg,What do you think about that building on the cover of your post? Looks static with the narrow fenestration on the front, and the sloped roof portion bearing no relationship to the rest of the building to me.I will say I like your postings and activity representing the AIA.  Hope all things are wel with you and that you are enjoying your work.  I miss our conversations. Are you still at VOA?  If so we might get together at five-guys or the pizza place or even Sweet tomatos again for lunch sometime in the future.Mel
