Lake Nona Starts Town Center

Lake Nona Gateway MOB-HuntonBrady

Lake Nona starts construction of the Town Center. It will provide a commercial center to support the institutions who have built in the area. Here is an early image of the new modern medical office building at Lake Nona: the Gateway Building by Hunton Brady Architects. The 80,000 sf three-story building’s future healthcare tenants will serve a rapidly growing medical city residential and commercial population. The building is located at Narcoosee Road and Tavistock Lakes Boulevard at the east entrance to Lake Nona’s Lauerate Park.

The first phase of the  Lake Nona Town Center will include a 200-room, dual-branded Marriott hotel, 80,000 square feet of office, 23,550 square feet of retail/restaurant space, a 300-unit urban-style apartment complex and structured parking. It will bring much-needed office space and restaurant options to the 600-acre emerging Medical City life-sciences hub in southeast Orlando.
